How the free tier works
Free includes the built-in scam-domain list, typo-squat heuristics, 2 of the 9 preset packs, and the three safe actions (DELETE, WARN, CENSOR). It's capped at 1 surface (one Discord server or one Twitch channel), 10 custom banned phrases, and a smaller threat-log history.
The free tier doesn't expire. We're committed to keeping a real free tier indefinitely, because catching phishing should be table-stakes.
Trial mechanics
Starting the Pro trial requires a card on file (Stripe handles this — we never see card details). You're not charged until day 15. Cancel any time in the customer portal — you keep Pro features through the end of the billing period.
